Update for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword print guide
Below you will find updates to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword print guide. The updates will be placed into the eGuide by the end of the week.
Goddess Chest Number Changes
Cube #9 actually unlocks Chest #12. If it seems like Chest #9 didn’t unlock anything at first, that’s because it triggers a Chest located in the thunderhead. You won’t be able to see the Chest’s icon on your in-game map until you open up the Isle of Songs as part of the game’s main plot.
Cube #10 actually unlocks Chest #9. Cube #11 actually unlocks Chest #10. Cube #12 actually unlocks Chest #11. The instructions for getting to these chests should still work, but you’ll just get to them slightly out of the guide’s order.
Goddess Cube #6 on page 95 that should be read as a reference to Goddess Cube #9.
The guide describes you as being able to get Goddess Cube #25 when you first explore the Volcano Summit area (on page 179). You can still get Goddess Cube #25, but you’ll have to wait until you go back to the Volcano Summit for the Fire Dragon’s piece of the Song of the Hero.
Map Label Changes
In the Fire Sanctuary walkthrough on pages 187 and 188, some of the burrow map labels are switched around. The map labeled Burrow C should be labeled Burrow E. The map labeled Burrow D should be labeled Burrow C. The map labeled Burrow E should be labeled Burrow D. The other burrow map labels are correct.
Boss Encounter Changes
Moldarach
When you reach Moldarach, the boss of the Lanayru Mining Facility, you may notice an aspect of the battle that the guide doesn’t describe or show. When you’re using the Gust Bellows to try and flush Moldarach out of the sand, you’re going to turn up some annoying Arachas. They can’t damage you much, but they often act to slow you down. Unless you take a minute to pick off the Arachas, they tend to crowd around you while you’re trying to do something else important, like flush Moldarach out of the sand or stab him in the eye.
Demise
You can take advantage of the lightning bolts Demise uses to electrify his sword (as described on page 222). To do this, have your sword raised perfectly vertically in the air, as if you were preparing for a Skyward Strike, just before a bolt of lightning flashes. The bolt will enter your sword, just as it would’ve entered Demise’s. Once your sword is electrified, you can fling lightning discs at Demise just as he can fling them at you. Getting hit by one of these staggers him and gives you an opening to land several hits. Taking advantage of this mechanic can make the fight much shorter and easier. Note that you need to keep moving while you’re in Skyward Strike position, waiting on lightning bolts. Demise’s offense in the second phase is steady and relentless.

Update for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword print guide
Ok that doesn't make any sense the people who bought the paperback copy have to come here to find the changes, and the ones with the e-books will get it updated, I think that Prima games should send the people that bought the books a fixed copy of the book, or at lease get compensate them with something, We the customers had to tell you about the screwed up book, I will never buy another guide from this place ever again, because we spend money for your product and it was screwed up and you don't want to fix the issue the right way, you just tell us that the update was posted, I don't want a update off the internet I want a book for skyward sword done right (Hard Copy) I spent 34.99 for it and expect it to be good with no errors, but instead I spent 34.99 for a book that was screwed up and not getting any answers that would make it right, Prima games should replace every book bought that was messed up and replace them with a fixed copy. We paid for the book, You pay to fix this issues.

Buyer, beware.
"In addition to the quality of the merchandise, this phrase also applies to the return policy. In most jurisdictions, there is no legal requirement for the vendor to provide a refund or exchange. In many cases, the vendor will not provide a refund but will provide a credit."

Update for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword print guide
On page 167 it says that you can get goddess cube number 16 'high in the roof areas of the strongholds exterior.'Which is supposed to be goddess cube number 21 which is later stated in the same paragraph. We already got goddess cube number 16 on page 141, not 142 like the index near the front of the book suggests.
The rest are on the pages they suggest, whether they are the correct cubes for the chests or not, I don't know, I am only up to cube number 21.
I'm actually really disappointed in the quality of this guide, I have never had any problems with a Prima official guide before, but this one is terrible, I think they should get people to return the books so they can give them a proper version.

Update for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword print guide
I registered for this site only to second comments about the poor quality of this guide. I haven't completed the game yet, and I've encountered probably two dozen annoying errors. You need to hire more editors, and your writers need to learn left from right.
