I've been trying since 11/11/11 as soon as I got it home....-the "Unlock guide with voucher code"text box states it's an incorrect code....really bumming.

Yea so am I and now I can't even log in it says it does not recongnize my password and when I try to reset password it says my email is not on file so the only way I can log in is by using my link from prima to confirm my email.

I am having the exact same issue. I registered for my account and logged in. After clicking on my username, I entered to voucher and it accepted it.

The problem I have is that when I go to view the map, I get a message stating I am not authorized to view this content, but if I would like to buy it, click here.

I emailed feedback@primagames.com, but have not gotten a response.

Edited - they responded that they are aware and working to fix it but really didn't give any details at all or ETA...

Same thing happened to me today... I emailed them as well... We'll see what happens, but this is kind of b.s.

Same thing is happening to me. Just bought the Second Edition, and the code worked, but it says I'm not authorized to view the page. Emailed them and still nothing.
