So far in game I've found 2 maps, 1 and 4. Map one is fairly easy to decipher but when the chest wasn't anywhere to be found i consulted my prima guide. I've double and triple checked myself and i know I'm in the right place but there's no chest. Had the same problem with map 4... but now i have both in my inventory. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if having two maps on you might cause a problem?? Help me please.

I have two treasure maps but i haven't tried to find the treasure, I think BETHESDA is just screwing with whoever finds them.

I found map 4 and found the treasure. Be sure you are looking in the right spot. For treasure map 4, there is slightly more brown snow (almost like it's muddy) and a tree. Right behind the tree, a little buried, was a chest sticking out the ground. had some gold and a Dwarven Shield in it (I was upset because I had literally just opted to make the shield over the helmet not 5 minutes prior to...)
