what ever happen to the werewolf lord from morrowind/bloodmoon coming back he said he would be back but never saw him back in oblivion or skyrim cause i think it would be cool to see as a add on

Well <Minor Spoiler> There is a quest from the Companions that has a branch called "Curse of Hircine" or something along those lines where you have to wear a ring with his name on it... Maybe that's the homage to him. I think this takes place something like 200 years after Oblivion (I spoke to an elf who wound up talking about the events that happened in Oblivion being 200 years earlier while I was in Markarth)
