Skyrim CE Guide Printing Defect?

I'm not sure if my copy of the Skyrim CE guide (second edition) was somehow damaged when it was printed. After I took it out of the plastic wrap, I noticed there were quite a few shiny specs all over the front cover. It's hard to explain. They look almost like grease marks, although they don't come off. Also near the spine of the book, these "grease marks" are shaped quite a bit differently. These ones are long lines that almost look like streaks or scratches. I'm doubting that this was caused during shipment of the book as these spots aren't impact damage but rather they seem to be out of color with the rest of the book. It's almost as if parts of the book's coating came off/wasn't applied correctly when it was made.

I'm curious if anyone else that bought one of these books (especially that of the second edition) have noticed anything like this on theirs. I may try to exchange it for another copy although I'd hate to find out they all ended up like this.
