I along with many others bought the Studio Edition guide of Saints Row: The Third with the expectation that we would be getting DLC with it but this has not been the case for myself and others. I try to enter my code and I get a little message saying that there are no more codes left. What kind of joke is that? On the page right before the option to buy the guide on this sight it clearly says that EVERYONE WHO BUYS THE GUIDE GETS THE DLC. My only question then is, "Where's my DLC?". It's aggravating to no end seeing that Prima still gets business even after the major botch jobs with Silent Hill: Homecoming and Mortal Kombat but as if that wasn't now this gets botched as well. I'll wait a day or two for a response but after that I'm heading back to the Better Business Bureau. I'd like everyone who hasn't got there DLC to leave a post here just for the record. Thank you to all.

I have emailed them 3 times and have yet to hear back about what they are doing, it's like emailing a black hole or something

January 18 and they still don't have the codes. I bought a book and it said DLC included on the cover. What a waste of money.

I don't have it either dude, I heard from some guys on another forum that if send some of your info (username, location, code, etc.) to feedback@primagames.com then they can help you out. I tried about 2 mins ago so I don't know whether it will work. If you wanna try it feel free, and good luck if you do. I tell you all if it works or not.

They e-mailed me back about 20 minutes ago, very good customer service, they said they would have new codes out no later than the 31st of January (2012, obviously!). They added that they would get back to me when more were ready!

Again with this 31st of Jan business. That's ridiculous. And yes I'm leaving a post because I too purchased the DLC MSP and got nothing.

purchased the book for the DLC, emailed them after being ripped off and no reply.
these guys clearly couldn't give a .... about customers

no codes left for me either, i quess i dont have a choice to but to wait for jan 31st, i emailed them also.i would like my code or a partial refund the guide is alright but not worth $25.

I agree that it's frustrating, espcially checking your e-mails and still not seeing the code your waiting on. But at least they are making an effort to get us codes as soon as they are available.

Obviously they didn't anticipate the demand out-weighing the supply which was a mistake, but hind-sight is always 20/20.

It should be noted that the bike is the same one you can get in-game just in Ultor colors, the Togo-13 is outshined my the McManus (especially when fully upgraded which the Togo-13 can't be upgraded) and the existing rifles in game make up the differance.

The assassin suit is just clothese, nice, but just that.

The guide does have alot of time-saving and potianly valuable information both for new players and even ones like myself whom have been through the game a number of times.

And to be fair they are at least trying to fix the problem ASAP rather then ignoring it completly.

it's frustrating not to have the in-game content DLC we already paid for right away, but there's nothing to be done but wait.

In the meantime, Saints Row The Third is a great game so let's get out there and play it. ^^

I got more info on here than the two emails that i sent. They didnt even reply to mine, its so irritating and sad that they cant at least let me know that they read my email. But good thing i read this forum January 31st it is then. Time to nut punch people and hopefully time will go by faster hmmm
