I wouldn't bother since it isn't working anyways, but if you go to

www.primagames.com/SaintsRowDLC

and log in it gives you a place to enter your code, platform, and so on.

Doesn't work though, apparently they "ran out".

Supposidly they will be ready around the 31st or so of Jan.

Not exactily what I'm sure you wanted to hear (I sure didn't) but there it is.
