Used the Access Code for the map. The map was great for about a week, then I got a error code. Submitted the info needed to the contact link (Customer Service). I try 4 times to contact them. Since then I tried rentering the access code twice and got caching problem. Since there no way to call them, this is my last resort --- maybe customer service will respone to this topic!!

Or, if you are a Steam user, be sure you are accessing the guide from the Steam overlay. Not being logged in, or trying to access the maps with a bookmark, can cause this error.

dont bother primagames only interested in $ i have sent 4 emails having bought the elite edition of skyrim and has never worked it shows up as purchased but cannot get into it. I think maybe not biung any primagames guides and also not buying any game that alows primagames write a guide maybe hitting there poketbook will get a result. well good luck all they dont care. now to comtack game outlets, and gaming companies that put games out.

Im having this very same problem. When I got the code from my limited edition of Skyrim guide and used it, I logged through Social shortcut...BIG MISTAKE!!! I have never ever been able to use my map.

I wonder why do they offer this stupid, useless shortcut login though social media if there's a no way to get to run it properly. I might be asking for a code replacement and use it with a prima account and pray that that time it would work.
