If you are having trouble to unlock a digital guide and/or map with an unlock code you received in your print guide, please follow these steps.

1. Go to www.primagames.com and register or log in.

2. After logging in, click your username at the top of
the page.

3. On your profile page, enter your access code in the
“Unlock guide with voucher code” text box.

4. On your profile page, below your user name, click on
“Purchases.” Click on “Go to Game Guide.”

5. If your guide or map pack is not listed under purchases,
please log out and back in.
