The jet-bike can be picked up on heli-pads only. The crib after Party Time is the first time you can get it once it’s been unlocked.

The gun should be able to be accessed in your crib weapon cache.

While you can apply the outfit to both male and female characters, the Ultor Assassin suit was built for women.... Or for men that don’t mind hunting their prey in heels and a spacious chest-piece.
