I've bought Star Wars the Old Republic not knowing it had a monthly fee. I do not want the game anymore however I've opened it after downloading the 3 discs. There is no scratches on the disc and I stopped myself before activating the code. It is practically a new game but Gamestop won't take it and Walmart will only give me the same exact copy. Will that same exact copy be wrapped? Will they give me a receipt with that copy for me to return it? What do I do. 60$ is a lot to have sit on my desk. Please help.

Most places don't take back games once they've been open. You can also try selling it back to Gamestop, but you probably won't get what you paid for it. Maybe eBay?
