Technical Issue with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Official Interactive Map App Version 1.2
Some customers who downloaded The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim® Official World Interactive Map app experienced an issue this week with the recent version 1.2 update. On some devices, users have had their in-app map purchases reset after those maps were previously purchased and downloaded, prompting them to re-purchase. The app’s developer, Prima Games, is addressing this issue with an emergency version 1.3 update and are working to get this live as soon as possible. Customers who have purchased items using version 1.1 and have not yet upgraded to version 1.2 are advised to wait for version 1.3. Any customers who inadvertently purchased maps a second time will be eligible for a refund.
