Soul Gems

Ok, I'm very new to RPG's and I'm at level 10 now. My question is how/where do I get soul gems? I also have a staff of fire that I can no longer use, how do I use it again? or do I just use the fire I have under magic?

You can loot them or buy them off of merchants.

Soul Gems

There is also a spell (Can't Remember the Name) you need to use that fills the bought Gems with a Soul. Then once that is done you highlight the Staff in your inventory and use the charge key to refill the staff
