So i unlocked this on my ipod a few days ago and there is no place to redeem the five letter word code...
there is however 2 other places for codes:

1: Code Format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

2:Code Format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

So where do i enter my 5 letter code?

Another guy in another thread asked a question similar and someone answered "try a different web browser"... I've tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. They only show the 2 formats.

I did still waiting on a reply...

I know for a fact some people have been getting the 16 digit code and the others are getting a 5 letter word code... It's on the forums on darksiders.com but nothing has said how to fix it... ive tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling... nothing works

Yeah I posted the other thread about the code and still haven't been able to fix it myself. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't work. I've also emailed primagames feedback with a screen shot of what I'm seeing which is a 5 letter word also. On mine it says your unlock code is: false

Hey McQueen, I emailed prima games again and received an email about 5 minutes after sending it that said they manually unlocked the guide for me on my account and it worked! Maybe they can do the same for you?

Funny coz my code is 'false' too... just didn't wanna put it there incase it was legit and there was an issue somewhere but it seems the app is giving out wrong codes... I'll just wait and see what darksiders.com has to say then... ill update this when they msg me back

Ya, like I said just ask them when they email you back of they can manually unlock it for you.they did for me doin don't see why they wouldn't for you. It gives you a walkthrough of the couldron dungeon. Hope they correct the issue for you too.

Yea i finally got it... i'm just doing it for the ingame weapon tbh but hey a free guide is a free guide

When do we get the in game weapon? Is it unlockable after we get the comic? We're at 89% right now for the comic.

Iv unlocked the prima game dungeon guide and recieve no code for it wtf?
