I Have entered the code but...

So I entered the code that came with my collectors edition Skyrim strategy guide but I don't see anything changing. Where do I find the guide?

Supposedly when you enter the code, you just have to look under your "purchased" section on your profile. But mine didn't come up. I hit the Xbox360 button at the top of the page to look for the guide that way and found out that it refuses to recognize the code. It won't tell you any other way that it didn't accept your code.

I logged out of the Prima site completely and then logged back in and it accepted the code no problem. You might try that.

We are sorry for the trouble. Prima was a little surprised by the intense demand for our Elder Scrolls V Skyrim eGuide and the Jumbo Map Pack today. Honestly, our new servers had a little trouble keeping up! However, we sprang to action and upgraded our servers to keep up with demand. Please try us again.

I've tried everything under the sun, plus i messaged then as they asked. Still nothing. I never buy prima and usually always purchase futurepress guides, and this issue only confirms why. At least futurepress guides work. What the dealio prima? I spent way too much money on a limited edition just to get a regular edition guide that wear's a special edition tux.
