I used the code from the book and it took me to a blank page. How can I get the Fletcher's Hammer?? PLEASE HELP

I can't even get into my guide period. I bought it through steam and i get an error page when trying to load it. I have asked steam and prima, no answer yet.

i bought an eguide and was told they would send my code on the 14th and still havent received it either.
hopefully they will send it or respond to my query soon
