Prima Guides dont actually help.
Sorry, im gonna rage, but hopefully you can use this as feedback.
Ive spent so much money on these guides (not just Darksiders 2) im pretty sure this is the last one for me. I can get SOOOO much MORE info than the guides ever give... i mean for example:
Guide Listing for Talismans:
Grim Talisman: Special Ability - Grim
really? the special ability is grim? NO WAY?! you mean when i pick up the talisman and it says that it had the grim ability im just supposed to know what that is? what does that ability do? Why doesnt the guide give us THAT information...
Instead, telling us that "The Ability: Grim, Allows Death to gain Reaper energy with every successful Attack." would be a million time more useful than telling us "the grim talisman does grim! yayz!"
This is basically how EVERY LEGENDARY ITEM is listed... gee thanks prima, you sure explained so much more than the in-game item description, which is far more useful, yet still vague, than this guide... /sarcasm.
I spent 20 bucks for basically an item checklist (the only useful aspect)
Why not include Possessed Weapon guide, Stone Bites guide? why should it take a community to figure these stats out, when people are paying money for guides that should have that same information?
Stick and Stones (stone bites) combinations:
M = Mystic, P = Power, R = Resistance
M+M+M = Arcane +5
M+M+P = Arcane Critical Chance +2%
M+M+R = Arcane Critical Damage +10%
P+P+P = Strength +5
P+P+M = Critical Chance +2%
P+P+R = Critical Damage +10%
R+R+R = Resistance +20
R+R+M = Wrath +20
R+R+P = Defense +20
M+R+P = Health +30
another useful thing that should have been in the guide i paid for, instead of a free site that posts free game info.
Just sayin'... If you want to stay relevant with a digital guide, you might want to put in more effort than the 12 year olds on the Darksiders 2 forums who post waaaay more informative guides... for free...

i have to say i agree with you on this one, i to am a little pissed at a lot of things missed out on this guide, the description of the talisman would have been nice if included, but as you said all they do is copy and paste whats in the game.... why do i want that info, this is suppose to be a guide to explain what the item is and does and detailed description. i am finding out more information by using google and youtube, and doing that is free.
