My purchase doesn't show up in my profile.
I bought the eguide and even got the confirmation email for my payment, but I can't seem to find it. Seeing as there's an official prima profile answering questions here, and I haven't gotten answers on my email, I thought I should ask...

I am having the same issue, I have also emailed Prima a number of times without getting any kind of response about this issue. This really needs to be fixed or our money needs to be refunded. I did not pay almost 30 dollars for something I cant even view.

I'm having the same problem I bought a guide for saints row the third and got a confirmation email but no guide and no response from customer service after I sent them an email. I want my damn guide already or my money back.
