I am having the same problem with the Skyward Sword guide. Sent an email to Prima now. Anyone got there guides?

Same thing happened to me, I bought the guide today, about 8 hours ago. And it does not appear in my purchases page. I sent email to support and I'm still unanswered. I was totally disappointed with the PrimaGames, the first purchase on the site and already have problems. What a shame, because this is not good impressions.

Same here, as you can I see in my other post I purchased the Skyward Sword eguide but it never appeared under Purchases. It still hasn't shown up there although now I've required a refund so they can keep it.

I sent them two mails about it, with a few days in between. After four or five days I finally got a reply, but then it was either some standard reply of theirs, or they didn't bother to read my mail, because they informed me I had bought a web access guide (duh) and told me it was available here on the site (well, it's not, and that's the problem, stupid).

Same here for a bf3 guide... Money sent but guide not

Still no guide or mail.....
