I am getting Skyrim on PC/laptop next week, any tips on what is the best controls to use eg keyboard, keyboard & mouse, gaming control etc?????

Yup I'm on the Alienware M17x with the Logitech G9x mouse. though besides attacking i find myself using the keyboard more, besides entering console codes LOL, but a lot of the menu functions, seems the keyboard is easier cause the mouse is just not too accurate, it seems the 'click-box' is too small. but you still need it for attacks

I just plugged my Xbox controller into the PC, lolz. Easier that way for me (especially if you are use to playing Xbox 360)

I agree with bardus71. If you have used the PC versions before to play BETHESDA games, then just keep the same controls as you used before. orrrr...you can just be smart and get the XBOX 360 copy...
