I bought the Skyrim Guide online thinking it was the book, I didn't read it properly and ended up getting the eGuide.
I want to go to a retailer and end up buying it but I don't want to spend the money twice.

I've tried using the contact button but it's broken and keeps sending me a delivery failed email so I'm not sure what to do.

Anyone able to help me out?

i have a question i just purchased the legend of zelda skyward sword guide and i gave my address info etc did i purchase the actual guide or an eguide? cause if i purchased the eguide i dont want it.

Same here!! ...I was expecting a PDF downloadable version "for offline use" guide!! Since the term eGuide was used ….some would expect it to be… a book-length publication in digital form, consisting of text, images, or both, and produced on, published through, and readable on computers or other electronic devices. NOT WEB BASED!!!

I have an issue with Super Mario 3D Land!! and I have sent an email to the above address!! Oh and the issue is that it's not there, I just get the normal page like i never paid for it??

It's a shame the guides are web based when you can get this service for free, from other sites.

I guess i'm quick to pass judgement, but it looks to be a major issue that guides are not being unlocked after you have paid???

I'm going to let PayPal sort it out from here, don't want to waste my time hoping to receive a reply back! =?

I haven't heard from their support and it's been more than 24 hours so I'm going to go the Paypal route as well. What a shame. I love my StarCraft 2 digital guide and I was hoping for similar quality from Prima.

I ended up doing a dispute with paypal. Got my refund in a couple of hours. They handled that ok. They should make the online only part of their offering more clear to avoid future confusion.
