Interactive Map not loading. Server Not Found
For the past two days whenever I try to access the interactive map through the prima games website, I am met with a Server Not Found error. Is anyone else having this problem, or is there something wrong with my code/purchase.
Any information would be a great help.
Thanks!

Are you receiving an error code when trying this? Such as MAPSGNNM?
Please try the solution below to see if it fixes the problem. Let us know if this takes care of the issue, if it doesn't we'll keep working with you to figure out what is causing it!
Be sure you are logged into primagames.com before attempting to access the guide or maps. Or, if you are a Steam user, be sure you are accessing the guide from the Steam overlay. Not being logged in, or trying to access the maps with a bookmark, can cause this error.

I have the same problem but with only one of my desktops. On the one that works, after
I login and select the maps it loads the map and runs fine. I can alt-tab back and forth but I
really want it to run on the other desktop.

I bought the hard cover limited edition printed guide on amazon and it came with a code to unlock the map but I get the "Internal Server Error" every time i try to access.

"This is an account validation error. You will get this if the website does not detect your user account. Be sure you are logged into primagames.com before attempting to access the guide or maps. Or, if you are a Steam user, be sure you are accessing the guide from the Steam overlay.
Not being logged in, or trying to access the maps with a bookmark, can cause this error.
Also you can try to logout and then log back in. This may restart the account validation and fix the problem. "
</i>
- I tried relogging on the site like someone suggested but it still doesnt work. I dont know how to access the map using steam's overlay, so I cant even try that second workaround.
