We now have a date for the free Survival Pack for Left 4 Dead by Microsoft, who have announced the add-on for Valve’s co-op zombie shooter is to come out on 21st April on Xbox Live.

We were previously told by Valve that Left 4 Dead Survival Pack is to be released simultaneously for the PC and Xbox 360, so presumably this is still the case. The complimentary add-on will introduce the Survival game mode, and will bring a Versus mode to the Dead Air and Death toll campaigns. Survival, as you might expect, involves seeing how long you can last against infinitely-charging zombies.
