PlayStation Plus subscribers have a lot to look forward to this week, between some old-school fun from Namco Bandai and some steep discounts on their favorite shooters.
Galaga Legions DX is this week’s free game, a fun space shooter where you capture evil aliens and make them work for you. Featuring crazy waves of enemies and wild graphics, Galaga Legions is a game you shouldn’t miss – especially if you loved the original.
On top of that, various discounts are available for games this week. The forthcoming Dragon Fantasy Book II, which arrives tomorrow for both PS Vita and PlayStation 3, will be $11.99 for PS Plus members – a three-dollar savings.
Several Call of Duty games are also marked down, including Call of Duty: Black Ops II with Revolution Map Pack for $44.99, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Ultimate Edition for $69.74, and Call of Duty: Black Ops with First Strike DLC for $29.99, among others.
You’ll also be able to pick up some items on the cheap for Sega’s Aliens: Colonial Marines. The full game will only set you back $8.99 on PS Plus, and you can get various add-on goodies ranging from $2.50 to $8.99. If you prefer, you can buy everything in one shot for $17.99.
