Lost and Found
Memory 01
THE PRISONER: After a brief return to Animus Island, Ezio’s story resumes in the Imperial District. Approach the cage at the Memory Start marker and speak to the captive to hear about his plight – and, more pertinently, his proposal.
The guard carrying the key to the prisoner’s cell is located a short journey to the east, with conventional avenues of approach to the green “search zone” blocked by stationary guards or patrols. To complete the Full Synch objective of pickpocketing the target, a stealth approach is mandatory.
When you near the area, jump into the water and approach the green search zone displayed on the mini-map from the jetty that extends to the north (fig 1). When the marked Templar turns away from Ezio, jump up and hold the Legs button to Fast Walk. Collide with him before he turns to regard the Assassin, and you will obtain the key without conflict. Immediately turn and run back to the jetty, leaping into the ocean to make good your escape; there is no point in raising the Templar Awareness Meter with needless bloodshed at this point. Return to the prisoner to end the Memory.
