03/28/12 - 90 kills...just like everyone else is saying. However if you plan on using it make sure you're a good shot otherwise you're just irritating the poor sod and he or she will still kill you. It only blinds the guy and increase your accuracy a tiny bit and frankly the Foregrip works just as well and it doesn't give you away when you're looking for people.
