It seems that Battlefield: Bad Company 2’s developer DICE, a division of EA may be ready to reveal a beta.

The rumor comes from Gamestop, who unveiled a pre-order deal for the PS3 edition that would grant buyers access to the beta come 19^th November. The company quite quickly pulled back the information after gamers had cottoned on.

Blend Games, as spotted by Kotaku received word from EA that an announcement concerning a beta would be made sometime “later this week”.

An event held by EA in London tomorrow is probably likely to bring about some more information.
