08/15/12 - Yes, a eGuide is simply the exact same material and information as a normal Guide - But online. For example, I bought the eGuide, and I can view it on this website, with alllllll the same info, tips, tricks, behind the scenes extras as a physical guide you'd buy in a store. The bonus I obtained from it, was the Fletcher's Crow Hammer. I think that's an exclusive bonus to the "Studio Edition" version of the guide. I do NOT however know, if that is restricted to Western stores/sites. You may want to ask one of the admins on the forums for that information.
