09/10/12 - No help our there....enjoy my money. I keep getting ' solution ' that I entered my code in wrong and didn't follow the instructions...I provided proof that I followed their instructions and now no one will get back too me....if I don't get a real solution the better business bureau with deal with it.

09/09/12 - Still no solutions given that work. I emailed your help site and they sent me a very robot like letter back saying that I should have placed the redemption code on the darksiders 2 site...although it instructions clearly state that it need to be placed on the primagames.com site. Am I getting the run around because prima games knows they released a faulty product, or are they just trying to get at peoples wallets...I need a real answer not ba.

09/08/12 - Still haven't got my code; It's been a week and haven't received anything. I would like a refund or a new code to the crow hammer. Who do I contact for this info...very very unsatisfied.
