It’s been announced by Bethesda that they’re delaying the release of the Playstation 3 version of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Why exactly this is we don’t know but it’s been put back to some time in the first quarter of 2007.

Don’t worry, though, along with getting the Knights of the Nine downloadable content pack for free with the release, PS3 owners will apparently be treated to better graphics than those in the PC and Xbox 360 versions.
