02/12/12 - new 1.4 patch should've helped. if not... wait for the next one. ive had a lot of problems with bugs too but thats what happens in games this massive, esp when you advance through them quickly. last i checked i had about 15 or so quests that ive completed that wont clear off my list and several that i cant complete do to bugs. cant wait to download the patch and try my luck.
