03/24/12 - i have had the same problem with several misc quests. im lvl 78 and ive long completed the college of winterhold quest line but it still gives me a "visit the college of winterhold" objective. some others include visiting proudspire manor, and a bounty hunter quest where i was to kill a giant but he never appears at the specified location. none of those quests are important tho for the completion of the game or any achievements that i know of so i guess for now at least we just gotta forget about em. goodluck and lets hope they eventually fix all the bugs.
