04/01/12 - i still use the whiterun house the most. mainly because im too lazy to move all my stuff to a new location. i have all the houses tho and id say i prefer the layout and setup of the windhelm house the most, surprisingly. i thought the home in solitude would be my favorite but.... nope. vlindrel hall in markarth is pretty cool too. i like the little library niche.

03/30/12 - My personal favorite is Proudspire Manor in Solitude, simply because of the grand architecture. All the houses provide similar benefits, so I’d buy one nearest to the vendor you do a lot of business with, or continue adventuring until you’re Thane of all the Holds and buy them all!
