09/20/12 - Have you tried checking Wujeeta's location in and around the fishery, on the lakeside part of Riften? Not there? How about Haelga's Bunkhouse? Still no Argonian to be seen? Then I wouldn't worry too much; you need to complete the Thane of the Rift tasks, and continue to help the Jarl and folks around town until the Jarl deems you worthy to purchase Honeyside. Which has a wonderful front garden you can cultivate.
