With Fable: The Journey not too far off from release, fans are interested in seeing how the first-person adventure is shaping up. Now they can find our for themselves, as Microsoft has announced that a demo is available starting today on Xbox Live Arcade.

With the demo, players will be able to try out several magic capabilities and action segments that will pit them against dangerous enemies. The demo takes up about 1.22 GB of hard drive space and provides a number of stages to check out.
