The first screenshots for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn have been released by Square Enix.
Final Fantasy XIV Online has been due to release on PS3 for some time now, but due to the fact that its PC counterpart has been subject to so much criticism, focus at the FF offices has been a little shifted. The whole game is getting a re-launch with A Realm Reborn, so it makes sense for Square Enix to hold out till its ready for PS3.
The PC edition of the game released two years ago now and so far PS3 fans have had barely a sniff about what’s coming to their Sony-branded trusty black boxes of fun. Thankfully, we’re here to bring the good news that screenshots have arrived.
The bad news is that they don’t quite look as good as the PC shots but that’s not too surprising as gaming rigs are practically self-aware these days.
