Now that the Russian resistance has access to fuel, they need a leader to rally around. Without a strong leader, Raven’s Rock will continue making gains in their attempt to establish total control, both politically and militarily. Communication lines with the Loyalists do not extend to General Douka. But it looks like Douka is the best chance the resistance has—Raven’s Rock appears to feel the same way, judging by the way they’re mobilizing to crush him. Douka’s won impossible fights before, which makes him a good candidate for myth-making. But despite his impressive reputation, he’s in a tough spot and needs assistance, whether he’ll admit it or not. The General is currently pinned by Raven’s Rock forces in the Caucasus—that’s where the Ghosts come in. The Ghosts are tasked with thinning out the Raven’s Rock forces surrounding the General’s position. But before they assist General Douka, they must reach an observation point to scout Raven’s Rock assets in the area of operations.
