Microsoft’s free game program for Xbox Live Gold subscribers continues to roll on with two new additions in October.

First up, from the 1st through the 15th, is the thrilling puzzle/role-playing adventure Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes. The game takes approximately 1.5 GB of hard drive space, and normally sells for $14.99.
Perhaps the biggest title, though, is the 2007 first-person shooter Halo 3, considered one of the most popular Xbox 360 games to date. This classic chapter in the Master Chief saga will be available free of charge from October 16th through the 31st, taking approximately 5.8 GB of hard drive space and normally selling for $14.99.
