07/26/12 - Hi Leslie, When you are in Free Play mode, you can use Superman's freeze ability to freeze water by pressing and holding the action button... You can use other characters like Mr. Freeze to do this, but Superman is the first character that you have access to with this power. Hope that answered your question! IA
