Well-received role-playing/puzzler hybrid Might & Magic Clash of Heroes, will soon find itself on Android and iOS, publisher Ubisoft has announced.

The mobile edition of the title has been given a “near future” release date.

We reckon it’ll lend itself well to touch-screen devices with its match-three style fight sequences.

M&M, originally developed by Capybara Games, was re-released on XBLA/PSN recently after its original 2010 DS release and it’s looking pretty similar to the reboot we saw then.

Tag Games are looking after the conversion, who recently developed the mobile TARDIS tie-in Doctor Who: The Mazes of Time.

It’s shaping up to be a good summer for Android after being shunned by so much major IP, will it ever catch up with the variety we’ve seen on iOS? I certainly hope so.
