Just max your singularity and once you see huge number of enemies, put it on the ground and lure them in. Once they are in the air start spamming them with orther biotics. The best tactick is to push them, if you are on a platform you will kill them instantly. But if you are egainst bunch of others just kill them ith your companions abilities or just putting some bullets in their body. This technique doesn't work if you are egainst thcies ith armor. Once you encounter heavy machines, switch to your heavy gun and probably with garrus overload, turn off their shields. Once the shields are down spam them with warp, this will destroy the barier and you will have clear way to their body.
