My first playthrough was with a Femshep infiltrator and it was pretty easy. Use the cloaking/invisibility skill often to outflank enemies or to escape from overwhelming firepower. If you find yourself pinned down, quickly use invisibility (hotkey that power for sure!) to break line of sight and use that short window to gain a more advantageous position. Or use cloak with a shotgun equipped to close in for kills on enemies already weakened by your teammates' biotic and tech abilities. By the way, you can use the left and right d-pad buttons to order your squad members to stay put while you cloak and change positions. The few seconds that the cloak gives you allows you to plan tactics for the rest of the battle, recharge shields, and, most importantly, gives you the better position so you can wipe out your opponents with crossfire. Also, infiltrators get the sniper rifle, so practice nailing headshots at long range to thin out the enemies' numbers before using cloak and the other powers at your disposal to close in for the finishing blow. With some stealth practice, Insane difficulty should be a walk in the park. Good luck!
