Tech mastery 03/09/12By Sictor22

K So I have been looking through the strategy guide I found an ability called tech mastery for multiplayer charecter builds But I can no find out if it is unlocked because it is not on any of the characters can some one help explain it.

03/26/12 - I have gone through the power tree's of all the characters in Multiplayer that I have access to, none of them have Tech Mastery, either as the name of a power tree or as a the name of one of their power upgrades. The only one I have found to have it is Commander Shepard when he is an Engineer class. I'm afraid that there is either a mistake in the strategy guide or you misread something :(
