Max Payne 3 has been shooting up the community quite a bit with hundreds of thousands of bullets ever since it came out back in May. To show its devotion to said community, Rockstar Games has announced that it is releasing yet another great map pack for the game, just in time for the holidays.
The Painful Memories pack, which will be available for download on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network on December 4th, will include four new maps and extra items. It’ll set you back 800 Microsoft points, or $9.99.
“Revisit the subway bloodbath from the original Max Payne in the Roscoe Street Subway map. Flashback to the dingy Hoboken watering hole at Marty’s bar, open fire on the posh Branco family yacht in Shoot First and wage Gang Wars at Canal De Panama,” said a Rockstar rep.
The content will also include some cool IMG 5.56 and UAR-21 assault rifles, as well as additional avatars, items and the Hangover Burst – a technique where you respawn with blurred vision, reduced stamina and health. Yikes.
