The VR Intel computers are military-based laptops. They are not highlighted in Augment Mode. Instead, use your natural sight when searching for them (they are colored with a red screen).

For each one you find, they'll unlock a mission in VR mode. Take note that each one corresponds to the mission number – you don't have to obtain them in a certain order!

File R-01: Coup d'Etat

Unlocks: VR Mission 001

You can't miss this one. Boris will point this out to you. It's in the second building you enter (after the Gekkos), smack-dab in the middle.

After defeating the Hammerhead, make your way to the small street (where Civilian #2 is). You'll find a small ledge on the left side of the alley. Wall-jump to the roof of the building and follow the path to the end – it's there.

When you enter the hotel after acquiring the ID hand from the guard (or breaking open the gate), scout for an opened-room on the first floor; it's in the corner inside.

It's at the bottom of the refining tower (just before your fight with Mistral). Take the set of stairs down instead of the ones leading up.

R-02: Research Facility

After your first encounter with a Mastiff, proceed to the next section. On the right is a door you can slash open, which leads to a room containing it.

Once you save George from the Raptors, head in the next room. It's in plain sight near some cardboard boxes.

Win the battle against the GRAD, then head through a couple of doors into a small room. It's to your immediate right in the corner as you enter.

R-03: Mile High

As you clear the first wave of foes at the beginning, you'll find it behind the police roadblock that is underneath the bridge on the left-hand side.

Enter the Denver Newspaper lobby and head up the small flight of stairs. You'll see it in the corner behind the glass.

In the rooftop section, leap to the second building using the crane. You'll find a set of pipes in the lower level of the roof. Wall-jump over them – it's directly behind the pipes.

In the dark train tunnel, after hopping over the second train, go to the left corner. It's near the wreckage.

Before you exit to the outside from the train tunnel, you'll see it in the corner of the room, near the path leading to the streets.

R-04: Hostile Takeover

From the start of the stage, you'll be in the World Marshal's lobby. Ascend the stairs (not the elevator) and look left; it's inside the far-left glass case. Slash the glass and scoop it up!

Ride up the elevator to the 20th floor of World Marshal's Headquarters from the main lobby. Take your first left in the hall, then a quick right. It's sitting in the corner across the poster of the girl.

On the 20th floor, this Intel is located in the north-most room (in the center), just left of the security panel hall.

After the freight elevator ride, exit the shaft and take a right. You'll see two large wooden boxes at the end of the corridor. Slice 'em up – it's underneath one of them!

In the hall immediately after the server room (when you chase Sundowner a second time), you'll find it underneath the catwalk before jumping up.

R-05: Escape From Denver

At the end of the level (after the police barricade), stay on the left side of the street. A guard will open the shutter door from the building. Head on in and discover it in the room ahead.

Note: You MUST clear the Mastiffs on the streets to trigger the guard. You will also be ambushed by three Mastiffs when you collect this Intel.

R-07: Assassination Attempt

As you start the level, turn around and shimmy up the hill. You'll find it on the second ledge.

It's near the first "chopper" in the hangar on the lower section to the right, between some large crates.
