Phoenix Wright Trilogy Coming To the App Store

"Objection!" "Take that!"

If you ever wanted to be a lawyer, chances are you’ve played Capcom’s Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright games where you defend innocents while dealing with a goofy judge and wacked-out lawyers, including one with an eye visor similar to Cyclops’ from X-Men. If you haven’t played it yet, Capcom is providing another opportunity to do so on iPad and iPhone.

Capcom has announced Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD will upscale all three original DS games to iOS. The app itself will be free but the three separate games — Ace Attorney, Justice For All and Trials and Tribulations — must be purchased separately. Pricing hasn’t been revealed as of yet but we’re guessing $1.99 a pop.

The games will also include a new “Everybody Object” mode that will allow users to email or tweet their favorite animated characters and sound files from Phoenix Wright however they please. So now they can yell out “Take that!” and actually mean it.

Look for the Phoenix Wright HD Trilogy later this year!
