Today, the company revealed the official release of the Xbox One game console. While several analysts felt the system would debut before the PlayStation 4, which arrives November 15th, it chose one week later – November 22nd. The system, priced at $499, will arrive in 13 markets, including the United States, Canada, France and Brazil.

As previously reported, the system will come packed with the new Kinect peripheral, one Xbox One controller, an HDMI controller, a power cable and a small headset. It doesn’t look like a game is included in the deal, but Microsoft could add one before the system’s release.
