Ive saw this car all over youtube so I want won its black the cars of tron and its got red and yellow lines going across it!

01/21/12 - Actually both the wraith and the X-2 Phantom unlock and will be in your garage right after you complete all the instances of cyber-trailblazing. There are several side activites that give rewards if you complete all the instances of that activity, although in most cases it simply allows you to take over another part of the city, which means more hourly income, which is probably the most usefull reward you can get.

01/20/12 - You get it in the course of the game by completing all the Cyber-Blazing activitys. They are none-customizable but you can use the rim-jobs glitch to customize them if you wish (I do the performance but have never tried to change the colors for either).
