The Player is the leader of The Third Street Saints, a powerful street gang that has just become major pop culture icons. He clawed his way up from nothing and is very much a self-made man.

Dry and calm, the Player has unnatural coolness that comes from his complete and total understanding that he is the baddest man that ever walked the face of this earth. Despite being a total alpha male, the Player is very loyal and often caring toward his homies, However, every once in a while he has to remind them that he is the guy in charge.

Story Arc

At the onset of the game the Player is living the high life, with the Saints brand appearing on everything from lunch boxes to Saturday morning cartoon shows. However, his psudeo-retirement is cut short when the Saints are attacked by a powerful criminal organization called the Syndicate. The Player centers himself and focuses on revenge . . . yet the lure of fame and fortune is always on the back of his mind.
