History

Angel was Killbane’s tag team partner for years, until Killbane’s jealousy of the younger wrestler’s ability drove a wedge into their friendship. This conflict came to a head when Killbane challenged Angel to a mask vs. mask match and then cheated to win. After he lost his mask, Angel was a broken man who went into hiding, until the Saints recruited him to join them in a fight against Killbane.

Personality

Angel is full of fortune cookie wisdom and self-pity. He has the tools to get back at Killbane, but lets his own fear get in the way of actually doing anything of real importance. He sincerely believes that since he has lost his mask there is nothing else he can offer the world, save for the knowledge he can pass on to a contender who has a real shot at stopping Killbane.

Story Arc

Angel begins the game as a down-on-his-luck pro wrestler who has gone into self-imposed exile after being unmasked by Killbane (the ultimate shame any Lu-chadore can face). Unwilling to face Killbane again after being humiliated, Angel trains the Player to fight in his stead. However, after working with the Saints a while, Angel regains his confidence and wants to confront Killbane.
